Dormakaba PHB302 Single Point Panic Bolt

The Dormakaba PHB302 (part of the premium PHB 3000 series) is a high-performance, single-point horizontal exit device designed specifically for single doors requiring reliable, effortless escape functionality. Combining architectural style with robust engineering, this modular push-bar device ensures safe exit from commercial and public buildings, such as schools, retail hubs, and office spaces.

Because this is a non-fire-rated (Standard) variant, it comes equipped with an integrated dogging device, allowing the latch to be held back mechanically during high-traffic operational hours for free-swing push/pull access. Its universal, non-handed engineering simplifies installation on timber, aluminum, or narrow-stile doors.

1-Point Modular Latching: Features a durable die-cast zinc security latchbolt and steel frame keeper that ensures positive, smooth latching upon door closure.

Integrated Dogging Device: Ideal for non-fire-rated installations, allowing the crossbar to be locked down to hold the latch retracted during business hours.

Universal Application: Fully non-handed design suitable for both left and right-handed single doors.

Versatile Compatibility: Pairs seamlessly with dormakaba PHT series external lever or knob trim for secure outside entry control.
