Dormakaba PHB 308 3-Point Locking Double Door Panic Bolt

The Dormakaba PHB308 (PHB308C) is a high-performance, fire-rated commercial escape system engineered specifically for double-leaf doors in high-traffic or public buildings. Providing maximum safety under emergency conditions and high security when closed, this modular set delivers a combined 3-point locking system across both door leaves.

The assembly consists of a 1-point locking rim exit device on the active leaf paired seamlessly with a 2-point locking vertical rod device on the inactive leaf. This configuration guarantees effortless, panic-free egress across the full opening width while preserving structural fire-door integrity.

Key Features

Combined 3-Point Security: Distributes absolute latching stability over the double door set—utilizing a heavy-duty steel horizontal rim latch on the active leaf and dual vertical steel latches on the inactive leaf.

Fire-Rated Compliance: Fully approved for use on single or double fire-rated and smoke-check timber and metal doors.

Anti-Thrust Protection: Features an integrated security anti-thrust mechanism that prevents unauthorized latch tampering or forced entry from the exterior.

Universal, Non-Handed Design: The mechanism is fully non-handed, making it compatible with both left- and right-handed door configurations, simplifying on-site installations.
