Dormakaba PHB 309 4-Point Locking Double Door Panic Bolt

The Dormakaba PHB309 is a premium, high-security mechanical panic hardware solution designed explicitly for double-leaf exit doors in high-traffic commercial and public buildings. Combining robust physical security with effortless emergency egress, this modular touch-bar system provides 4-point locking (2 vertical locking points on each door leaf) to prevent unauthorized entry or external manipulation.

Fully fire-rated and tested to strict European standards (EN 1125), the PHB309 guarantees swift, fail-safe evacuation during an emergency while maintaining the structural integrity of your building's fire barriers.

Key Features

High-Security 4-Point Locking: Features a -point vertical rod locking configuration. Both the active and inactive door leaves utilize top and bottom pull-man latches to secure the doors tightly to the frame and floor, providing exceptional resistance against forced entry and vandalism.

Certified Fire Protection: Approved for use on single and double fire and smoke-check door assemblies. (Note: Dogging/hold-open mechanisms are excluded on fire-rated applications to ensure automatic latching).

Premium Touch-Bar (Push-Bar) Design: Built with a smooth-action architectural crossbar that operates under minimal pressure, ensuring compliant, barrier-free egress for occupants of all ages and physical abilities.

Universal, Non-Handed Engineering: The fully reversible design eliminates the need to specify left- or right-hand configurations, streamlining the installation process.

Seamless External Access Compatibility: Can be paired with dormakaba PHT external lever trims or cylinder controls to allow authorized access from the outside without compromising internal exit reliability.
