Dormakaba PHB 312 4-Point Locking Double Door Panic Bolt

The dormakaba PHB312 is a premium, high-specification 4-point locking panic bolt set specifically configured for standard (non-fire-rated) double doors on escape and emergency exit routes. Combining high-level security with smooth, reliable egress, this set features full pushbar operations with two-point vertical rod locking mechanisms on both the active and inactive door leaves.

Engineered for high-traffic environments—such as commercial buildings, educational facilities, and public spaces—the PHB 3000 series features a modular design that ensures straightforward installation and low maintenance over an extensive operational lifespan. Because this configuration is the non-fire-rated standard variant, it features built-in dogging functionality, allowing the latches to be held open during peak operational hours for free-flowing bidirectional access.

4-Point Security: Complete double door kit featuring independent two-point vertical rod locking (top and bottom latches) on both door leaves for maximum resistance against forced entry.

Non-Fire Rated Configuration: Ideal for standard timber, metal, or narrow-stile aluminium commercial double doors where fire certification is not required.

Integrated Dogging Device: Built-in mechanism to temporarily hold back the latches, facilitating free access during business hours.

Universal, Non-Handed Design: Fully reversible components fit both left- and right-handed door configurations, simplifying on-site layout adjustments.
