  • Hardened horizontal locking shackle that makes it extremely difficult to cut with bolt cutters
  • Made from rust-resistant, heavy gauge steel with a plated finish
  • Available in two packaging forms
  • With padlock in a solid display pack or
  • Boxed without padlock, allowing the end user to use a padlock of their choice
