The dormakaba PHA 202 (PHA 2000 Series) is a high-performance, single-point rim exit device engineered for non-fire-rated emergency escape doors. Designed to deliver effortless egress, it combines reliable mechanical action with a clean, low-profile architectural finish suitable for high-traffic commercial environments.

Operating via a full-width crossbar, the PHA 202 releases instantly upon pressure anywhere along the horizontal bar. The lateral rim latch mechanism features a durable zinc die-cast security latch bolt that engages securely into a surface- or frame-mounted keeper, simplifying installation while maintaining positive latching.

Non-Handed Reversible Design: Reversible on-site for both left- and right-handed hinged doors.

Door Suitability: Suitable for standard timber, metal, and narrow-stile aluminium doors up to 1,000 mm or 1,300 mm wide and 200 kg in leaf weight.
