The dormakaba PHA 204 is a surface-mounted, modular panic bolt designed specifically for single and double emergency exit doors where non-fire-rated, vertical two-point locking is required. Operating via a full-width push crossbar, it provides immediate single-action egress under emergency conditions while ensuring secure top and bottom latching during daily operations.

Two-Point Vertical Locking: Features top and bottom latch bolts operated via vertical pull rods, providing robust perimeter security and door stabilization against forced entry or heavy draft pressures.
Modular Crossbar Actuation: Part of the PHA 2000 series, using an intuitive push-to-exit crossbar that releases both locking points instantly with minimal pressure across the door leaf width.
Non-Handed Design: Reversible on-site for both left- and right-handed single or active/inactive rebated double doors, simplifying ordering and installation.
Robust Hardware Housing: Heavy-duty metal end caps and latch covers protect the internal mechanics against vandalism, heavy impact, and tampering.
External Trim Compatible: Integrates seamlessly with dormakaba PHT series external lever handles or knob furniture for key-controlled exterior access without compromising inside escape functionality.
