The dormakaba PHA 206 (PHA 2000 series) is a premium, heavy-duty 3-point modular panic exit bolt engineered for emergency egress on single-leaf doors. Designed with an intuitive horizontal crossbar mechanism, it ensures rapid, single-motion exit under panic conditions while delivering robust physical perimeter security via three synchronized latching points (centre, top, and bottom).

Product Overview

The PHA 206 system combines dormakaba’s modular crossbar panic hardware with high-strength steel vertical extension rods and latches. Tested and certified to EN 1125, it is approved for use on single fire and smoke-check doors when installed as part of a certified fire doorset.

The 3-point latching design features an integrated security anti-thrust latch mechanism that automatically deadlocks against forced retraction or tampering from the outside. Its non-handed configuration and concealed fixing points make it suitable for narrow-stile, timber, composite, and metal doors across high-traffic commercial and public environments.

3-Point Modular Security: Secures the door leaf at the centre frame as well as the top and bottom header/sill, distributing resistance across the entire frame to resist forced entry.

Anti-Thrust Protection: Centre and vertical steel latchbolts include anti-thrust protection to prevent external jimmying or credit-carding.
Universal Handing: Fully reversible, non-handed design simplifies specification and on-site installation for left- or right-hand opening doors.
Heavy-Duty Capacity: Engineered for high-frequency panic exit applications on doors weighing up to 200 kg.
External Access Integration: Compatible with dormakaba PHT external lever or knob fittings and europrofile cylinder housings for key-controlled access from the outside.
