Dormakaba PHA207 3 Point Locking Single Door Panic Bolt (NON FIRE RATED)

The dormakaba PHA 207 (PHA207C) is a heavy-duty, 3-point modular panic exit bolt designed for rapid emergency egress on standard, narrow-stile, and timber doors. Part of the PHA 2000 hardware series, this surface-mounted crossbar device provides multi-point security by combining a lateral central latch with top and bottom vertical locking rods.

Configured specifically for non-fire-rated applications, the PHA 207 incorporates standard die-cast zinc latches and includes an integrated mechanical dogging device, allowing the latches to be held retracted for hold-open, free-flow pedestrian access during business hours.

Key Features

3-Point Locking Security: Features central lateral engagement complemented by top and bottom vertical shoot bolts for robust perimeter hold and forced-entry resistance.
Integrated Dogging Function: Enables quick manual hold-back of the latches, turning the exit door into a push/pull pathway during operating hours without latch wear. (Note: Mechanical dogging is permitted only on non-fire-rated doors).
Universal Non-Handed Design: Fully reversible for straightforward installation on either left- or right-hand opening door leaves.
Modular Versatility: Compatible with standard timber, metal, and aluminum narrow-stile doors, as well as optional dormakaba PHT series external lever or knob trims for secure key-controlled exterior entry.
Low Push Effort: Full-width crossbar allows safe, immediate single-action unlatching across the entire door width, even under heavy side-pressure.

Important: Because this model features zinc latches and dogging capabilities, it is strictly specified for non-fire, non-smoke rated doors. For certified fire and smoke barrier doors requiring EN 1125 compliance, specify the PHA 206 fire-rated series, which utilizes steel latches and omits dogging functionality.
